Fitness Ministry

 Fitness Ministry

“Cost Nothing…Worth Everything”

 

Shiloh invites you to Get Fit with our Fitness Ministry. The ministry has sessions, which are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7pm. The ministry offers a variety of workout classes including yoga, aerobics, Pilates, step aerobics and cardio workouts.

 
This program is FREE and open to the public.

 



Our Mission and Purpose


The Faith, Fitness, and Food (nutrition) are designed to promote total wellness of mind body and spirit. Each exercise program starts with scripture and prayer.

 


The dissemination of information on health issues, nutrition, and eating habits combined with building the body through exercise and communicating the word enriches the mind, body, and spirit.

 

Total wellness enables one to function at ones best as a servant and witness for Christ.


Always remember it is never too late to lead a healthier,

happier, more productive Christian life!
